Aluminium Sliding Doors for Bath homes and sites
Sliding doors suit an opening where you want the glass to stay glass — the panels slide past each other rather than fold, so you keep an uninterrupted view even when the door is shut. They're the usual choice where a bifold's stacked leaves would block a walkway.
We supply aluminium sliding doors across the BA postcode area and the rest of Somerset, including Bristol (11 miles west-north-west), Weston-super-Mare (27 miles due west) and Swindon (28 miles east-north-east).We manufacture and deliver — your own installer or builder does the fitting.
Bath carries a lot of period and conservation-area stock, so colour and section profile tend to matter more here than raw specification. RAL colours and heritage-style doors are both available — check with the local planning office before you order.

Aluminium Sliding Doors in Bath — questions we get asked
Are sliding or bifold doors better for my Bath extension?
Sliding doors give you more glass and a cleaner sightline when closed, and they don't need clear space for stacked panels. Bifolds open the whole aperture. If you want the opening fully clear in summer, choose bifold; if you want the view year-round, choose sliding.
What threshold options are there?
There's a standard 47mm threshold or an eco-drain low threshold. The threshold needs detailing alongside your drainage, so decide it with your builder early and ask us for the threshold detail.
What's the lead time for aluminium sliding doors in Bath?
2–10 working days from confirmed sizes — the same wherever you are. Bath is about 170 miles south-south-west of our Leeds factory, and every order is delivered on our own fleet, to a fixed date confirmed when you order.
Do you offer trade prices on aluminium sliding doors in Bath?
Yes. Installers, builders and fabricators across the BA area — Bath, Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Swindon — can open a trade account: manufacturer-direct pricing, no minimum order value and a dedicated account manager.
