Tell your account manager who you'd like to introduce, or get in touch through our website. There's no form to fill in and no code to remember.
Introduce a fellow trade business
They need to be new to Mazuli — a trade business we don't already supply. Ask them to mention your name when they first get in touch, as that's what triggers the reward.
They place their first order
Their first order needs to be £1,000 or more to qualify. We take £100 straight off the balance of that order.
£100 lands in your account
Once their qualifying order is placed, we add a £100 credit note to your account. You don't need to spend anything yourself to receive it.

- Refer as many businesses as you like — a £100 credit note for every one that qualifies.
- The credit note is added to your account once your referral's £1,000+ order is placed.
- You don't need to place an order yourself to trigger it.
- One credit note per order — they can't be combined, so the maximum is £100 off any single order.
New Mazuli trade customers
If you've been referred
- Open to trade businesses only.
- Your first order must be £1,000 or more to qualify.
- You'll get £100 taken off the balance of that first order.
- Tell us who referred you when you first get in touch — we can't apply it after the order is placed.
- You can only be referred once, by one business.

Refer a Friend — terms and conditions
The scheme is run by Mazuli Ltd, Unit 4 Wellington Bridge Street, Leeds LS3 1LW. By taking part, you accept these terms.

The Mazuli Refer a Friend scheme is open to trade customers only. It is not open to retail or consumer customers.

To make a referral you must be an existing Mazuli trade customer who has placed an order with us in the 12 months before the referral is made. There is no minimum spend to qualify as a referrer.

The business you introduce (the “new customer”) must be a trade business that is new to Mazuli — not a business we currently trade with, or have traded with in the previous 12 months.

Mazuli employees, and businesses under the same ownership or control as the referrer, are not eligible.

The new customer must tell us who referred them when they first get in touch. A referral cannot be applied after their order has been placed.

Each new customer can be referred once only, by one referrer, on a first come, first served basis. If a business has already been referred by another Mazuli customer, a later referral of that same business does not qualify.

Where more than one referrer introduces the same business, the order in which we received each referral, as shown by our records, decides which referral qualifies.

The new customer receives £100 off their first order. The £100 is deducted from the balance of that order.

The new customer's first order must be £1,000 or more, excluding VAT and delivery, to qualify.

The referrer receives a £100 credit note, added to their Mazuli trade account.

The credit note is issued once the new customer's qualifying order of £1,000 or more has been placed. If that order is later cancelled, we may withdraw the credit note.

The referrer does not need to place an order of their own to receive the credit note. There is no minimum spend on the referrer's side.

There is no limit on the number of businesses a referrer can introduce. A £100 credit note is issued for each referral that qualifies.

Only one credit note may be used per order. Credit notes cannot be combined or grouped together, so the maximum credit applied to any single order is £100.
- 15
Credit notes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- 16
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The scheme closes on 30 September 2026. The new customer's qualifying order must be placed on or before that date.

The referral reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other Mazuli offer, discount or promotion.

We may amend or withdraw the scheme at any time. Referrals already made, and qualifying orders already placed, will be honoured.
- 20
We reserve the right to decline any referral we reasonably believe does not meet these terms, or has been made in bad faith.

These terms sit alongside our Terms & Conditions of Sale and are governed by the law of England and Wales.
